Meeting Poster

       The poster for IAU Symp. 207 was designed by LOC member Michael Hilker (Universidad Católica) and Eva Grebel using gimp and Photoshop. In the foreground a view of Pucón can be seen with Lake Villarica, Hotel del Lago, and the Villarica Volcano (photo credit: CJE). The center of the image shows the Antennae (credit: Brad Whitmore and NASA). The globular cluster at the right-hand side is M10 (credit: Sven Kohle and Till Credner, Hoeher List/AIUB). On the left-hand side the ellitpical galaxy M87 and its globular cluster system dominate (credit: AURA/NOAO/NSF).
